1) Do you provide samples of the cnc turn mill part?
Yes,but some sample cost, we will return it back when mass production.
2) Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes,we can sign NDA before you sending our your drawings. and all drawings only used in the machining. we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission.
3) How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality?
Please rest assured that all our products are 100% QC inspected with inspection report before delivery, so in general there will no issue parts. But if you found the parts have some problem in our machining, pls help to contact us soon, we will repaired it or remake it, or we could refund your money.
