Q:do you provide with samples is it free or extra?

A:Yes,we could offer free samples for large production order. But need some cost for samples or prototypes order.

Q:What kind payment terms do you accept?

A:we can accept all the payment terms, but we prefer T/T at the first time and then full options for you when we establish long-term relation.

Q:what about the transportation?

A:you can choose any transportation you need, by sea, by air even by express.

Q:can the customer come and visit your factory?

A:yes,of course you will be very welcome to our company, and we will arrange all the services you need when you come to China(pick up service/hotel etc.)
