Q: What do I need to offer to get a quote ?
A: Please send us 2D or 3D drawings with material, surface treatment，quantity, application and other technical requirement. If you do not have the drawings, pls offer us your samples. Then we will quote the best price within 24hours.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We do not have MOQ, 1pcs accept, welcome your trial order before mass-production.
Prototype order accept
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: It depending on product quantity and wether easy to machining. In gernal, Samples will be finished within about 5days. Production order will be finished within about 15-25days.
Q: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A.: 50% deposit after order, balance before shipment by T/T, L/C, paypal, western union etc.
Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A: All of our products according to drawings or samples strictly, and 100% inspection before shipment. And actually we wont take a chance to do poor quality products. We always keep closely cooperations with our business partners. If there are some poor quality goods caused by us, we will remake it or refund.
